Born and raised in Camden, New Jersey, I grew up as the youngest of ten siblings. During my teenage years, I made poor choices that led to several encounters with the law. Instead of allowing those experiences to define my future, I turned them into lessons that transformed my life and gave me a passion for helping others choose a better path.

Through Ways of Impact, I use my personal journey, professional training, and faith to deliver messages of hope, personal responsibility, leadership, healthy relationships, and lasting transformation. I have completed extensive training in leadership, mentoring, and public speaking. I have also earned certifications in marriage counseling, including the designation of Certified Marriage Specialist (CMS).

As a husband, father, and grandfather, I understand the importance of strong relationships and healthy families. My wife and I have been married for ten years, and we share a blended family of seven children and thirteen grandchildren. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to helping young people, couples, and families develop the character, communication skills, and foundations needed to thrive.

Through keynote presentations, workshops, mentoring, and community outreach, Ways of Impact helps youth and young adults discover their identity, develop strong character and leadership skills, and use their God-given gifts to serve the world. I also encourage couples and families to strengthen their relationships and build legacies grounded in purpose, integrity, faith, and love.

My mission is to impact and transform lives - one person, one family, and one community at a time. I believe that when we invest in the next generation and strengthen families, we create a better future for our communities and generations to come.
